Automation in the textile industry is rapidly and consistently growing. The bobbin transport system is the vital procedure. Moving the empty tubes and bobbins between roving frame and ring spinning machine is the basis of the bobbin transport system. Among the textile industry Bobbin Transport System is usually called as BTS in short. The constant movement of bobbins between roving frame and ring spinning machine are supported by our sturdy aluminium rails. The movement can be done either manually or closed loop or fully automatic.

Closed Loop Bobbin Transport Systems

Semi Automatic Bobbin Transport Systems is also called as Closed Loop Bobbin Transport Systems. In this system, all the speed frames will be looped with the roving frames. The movement of bobbins will be slow and changing of bobbins can be done manually whenver required. The transportation of bobbins will be on the move in the rails and changing of bobbins are only done manually.

Fully Automatic Bobbin Transport Systems

In the Fully Automatic Bobbin Transport Systems the speed frames will be connected with the ring frames. From the speed frames the rails will also be connected to buffer area. In the buffer area there will be numerous reserve tracks where full bobbins are stored. Whenever bobbins are required in a ring frame the system automatically drive full bobbins from the buffer area to the ring frame. In reverse the empty bobbins will be moved to the buffer area automatically. This automation is controlled by pre programmed PLC system.

Bobbin Stripper

An innovative product for making the bobbin ready for production. This product removes the unwanted residue roving from the bobbin automatically.

A product which comes alsong witht eh automatic BTS for automatically exchange the empty bobbin with the new one in the train.
